With over 6.5 acres to immerse you in nature, this low density community features fourteen, two story buildings with no more than four units per building. Units range from 538 to 2,152 square feet built on 43% of the available land enhancing the natural surroundings. Our architecture has been designed to maximize the elevation of the mountainside so every unit has a view.
Built into the mountainside, every unit has been designed to enjoy the double water vistas of the lagoon and the ocean from sunrise to sunset.
These units have been created with an active lifestyle in mind. Take part in the organic gardening experience, take your pet to our specially designed dog park, take a hike on the mountain trails, boat on the lagoon to experience the bioluminescence, or head to the beach or into town for shopping and dining.
Enjoy your very own Lagunita, Aldea Laguna’s Club House, with a spacious salt water pool, onsite restaurant, picnic area, and dog park. The community will also provide private transportation services and assigned covered parking. For a more private experience, owners and guests can also enjoy one of the shared pools located just steps from every unit.

Our build will incorporate environmental impact items such as solar usage, composting, recycling & black water conversion into reclaimed water for irrigation of our crops onsite. In addition, the builder will create and use a combination of sustainable and traditional materials in both the construction and the finishings.
San Antonio Community Outreach
Reaching the mountain is an enormous achievement for us, and we want to share this with our coworkers from San Antonio La Montaña. Terracosta is committed to giving back to the community in various ways: impacting the daily lives of people in the community, protecting the environment, and leading a housing program that will provide materials and make mobile labor teams in order to enlarge living areas. Each person that purchases in Aldea Laguna will also have a direct impact on this social initiative around the community.
Organic Gardening Community
Join us in creating a community club that maintains raised beds to grow herbs, vegetables and flowers following only organic gardening principals so we can get back to how nature intended food be grown. Together we can learn about organic gardening and begin building new community relationships.
